• Pamela Anderson, 55, said she “can’t wait” to age and let her hair turn “natural gray.”
  • “I don’t want to chase [aging] and I don’t want to do all the crazy sh** to myself,” she added.

Pamela Anderson’s Baywatch days are sinking further and further behind her, and the 55-year-old actress is fine with that. In fact, she recently told Dax Shepard on his podcast, Armchair Expert, that she looks forward to aging and eventually meeting a new version of herself in her reflection.

“I can’t wait to see myself old,” she said. “I never felt like I was any kind of great beauty, ever, no, just a little funny looking.” She added that she thinks other “classic beauties” have a “really hard time with aging,” but she doesn’t put herself in that category. She’s welcoming the years to change her.

“I always said I’d recognize myself when I was old in the mirror. I don’t want to chase [aging] and I don’t want to do all the crazy sh** to myself,” like Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery, she continued.

In other words, she’s fine with letting nature take the wheel. “I want to let my hair go kind of natural gray, put my little straw hat on, don’t wear makeup,” she fantasized. “I mean, that’s my comfortable kind of state.”

In another recent interview on The Howard Stern Show, she said she started inching that way while writing her book, Love, Pamela, which debuted on January 31. “I thought, oh, maybe I’m just getting old and this is it. I was walking around in kaftans, I looked ridiculous,” she said.

Not wearing makeup, she added to Shepard, has been kind of freeing in a way, as someone who spent most of her life in full glam. Yet, she said she received pressure from her sons to go the extra mile while promoting her memoir.

“When I was wearing makeup before, everyone told me not to wear makeup. Now I’m old and kind of just want to let it happen,” she quipped.

In short, when it comes to aging, Anderson told Stern, “I’ll be fine”—a sentiment she said is reflected in her new Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story. “I mean, this is me, I’m almost 56 years old,” she continued. “I’m not going to worry about it. We all want to look the best we can look, but I’ve never really been a big worrier about that.”
