Dave Coulier confirms Uncle Joey will return for Netflix's Full House revival

Full House's Joey Gladstone, everyone's favorite avuncular man-child, will return for the series' upcoming revival on Netflix, Fuller House, actor Dave Coulier announced today on Instagram.

"Yes, I'll be on the Fuller House reunion," said Coulier, adding a #cutitout hashtag — one of his catchphrases. The photo, which you can see below, also includes Mark Cendrowski, the series' director.

Netflix and Warner Bros. Television announced last month that they are producing a 13-episode season of Fuller House. It is a follow-up to the original series, which ran for eight seasons on ABC from 1987 to 1995. Fuller House will focus on D.J. Tanner-Fuller, a recently widowed mother of two. D.J. is living in San Francisco with her best friend, Kimmy Gibbler, and her younger sister Stephanie Tanner.

Warner Bros. Television confirmed at the time that John Stamos will reprise his role as "Uncle" Jesse Katsopolis on the show and serve as a producer. With Coulier now on board, the company is still in discussions with Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle Tanner), and Lori Loughlin (Rebecca Katsopolis).

Fuller House is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in 2016.

Yes, I'll be on the Fuller House reunion. And this guy, Mark Cendrowski will be directing. #cutitout
