Actress Heather Locklear, who somehow continues to have a hold on the popular imagination, is engaged to fellow “Melrose Place” actor Jack Wagner.
Locklear spokeswoman Sarah Fuller confirmed the betrothal on Friday but offered no other details, but what more do you need to know? (Betrothal means engagement.)
Locklear’s divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was finalized in April 2007. She had been dating Wagner since at least 2008.
She was previously married for seven years to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. She was known as Hëather Löcklear then.
Locklear and Wagner worked together in the 1990s on “Melrose Place,” a spin-off from “Beverly Hills, 90210.”
Locklear also starred on the prime-time soap opera “Dynasty” and the William Shatner’s fondly remembered police drama “T.J. Hooker.”
