8.5x11.25" blister card contains 4.5" tall posable figure by Playmates, ©1990 The Walt Disney Company. Figure comes w/gun, briefcase and removable mask. The reason this figure is so rare is as follows - The Blank was sold exclusively in Canada and was initially withheld because the mask (attached to hat) is removable, revealing Madonna and the surprise ending of the film. By the time the figure was cleared, sales of Dick Tracy merchandise had dwindled. Figure would never have been released except for a Sears Canada contract which had to be fulfilled up to Christmas, 1990. Card is unpunched. Upper right has some fading but blister has not yellowed and remains firmly affixed to card. VF/Exc. packaging w/contents Mint on card.
