Big hair as a concept—this, I am not against. But Ashlee Simpson might have just pushed it a little far for my taste at the Planes premiere earlier this week.
But, then, I don't know—it's certainly not bigger than the Oprah 'fro I fawned all over yesterday. I think what might be tripping me up is the texture. Her hair was teased so much, it looks rough and nontouchable, instead of bedhead-y.
It's not terrible, but I just can't quite give it a thumbs-up. How about you? What's your take on this hairstyle?
