Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had a long, emotional road to becoming legally single last month. Jolie had initially filed for divorce from Pitt nearly three years before, and ongoing drama in their legal process (and details on just how strained their relationship was with each other) would sometimes spill onto the pages of tabloids. But those days are done, Entertainment Tonight reports. The outlet got an update on what Pitt and Jolie's relationship is like now, a month after they were granted single status by a judge as they nail down the final details of their divorce.

Brangelina is at peace at last, everyone. "They both knew they needed to move forward with their lives. There’s no more drama. All of the dust has settled," a source told ET. "They are and have always been focused on what is best for the children."

That source told the outlet that the couple's children—Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne—are proud of both Jolie and Pitt. The kids see their dad "several times a week" when they are not with Jolie.

Us Weekly got some insight into what Jolie's relationship is like with her kids last month. She is a devoted parent, a source told the outlet. “Her kids are her life,” the source said, adding that “every day is a new adventure.” Jolie is a hands-on mom who "cooks with them, does crafting and art projects," the source said.

Interestingly, a source mentioned to Us that Jolie and her youngest daughter, 10-year-old Vivienne, have a really special bond. "They’re incredibly close and enjoy being together," the source said.
