I have an iPod that I downloaded songs from iTunes a few years ago that one bit the dust it was 15 years old. I took a chance to search it on Amazon. The first one I ordered from another company said it was refurbished. I just threw it away was much cheaper than this one. This one is just like new and came with the remote. I got my moneys worth on this.

The Memorex digital system was in excellent condition when it arrived. It is a gift for father's day so it has not been given to the father yet. But we have already tried it and it works really well. The system is to replace a broken one, it will be greatly appreciated by the father. The seller did an excellent job of packing up the iPod docking station.

I've only used this once so far, but I think it's a good buy for the low price I paid. It might not satisfy audiophiles and other techno-geeks, but I think it's fine for casual and convenient listening as I fold my laundry in my little apartment. [If I want full and rich sound, I'll use headphones, my computer's speakers, or wait until I get into my car and plug in my iPod.] One technical gripe is that the upper back portion of the system got very warm through just a few minutes of use, so I aimed an electric fan at it (I don't know if that helped at all).

This was purchased as a Christmas gift and initially worked ok. However, after a few weeks the clock began to lose time. The last time I checked, it had lost approx. 5 hours. I think that it would be worth spending a little extra money to get a better product.
