Halo 3 with Colored Brute Ranks

Description
I've just uploaded a new and improved version of this mod! I encourage you to switch over to the new version, which can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3047172171

And here's a new version I made for ODST: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3047269417

Of course, if you prefer this color scheme, you can stick with this version.

Finish the fight while being able to recognize what rank your enemies are! Gives each rank of brute in Halo 3's campaign an appropriate color: blue/green for minors and captains, red for majors and captain majors, silver for ultras and captain ultras, and gold for bodyguards. This allows players to easily differentiate between stronger and weaker brutes. This mod uses VKMT's Improved Brute Shaders. Big thanks to VKMT!

As an extra feature, this mod fixes the Arbiter's combat dialogue in co-op, as detailed by Kashiiera's video. Thank you, Kashiiera!

It also includes Krevil's Sentinel Beam and Sniper Rifle animation fixes. Thank you, Krevil!

The mod is fixed and should work with the latest version of MCC.

thats cool! could you perhaps fix the mod whoever i'm afraid the update made it completely invisible if it dosen't tale too much of your time? :)

The original colors in VKMT's Improved Brute Shaders use bungie's colors. I switched the colors around to fit the classic Elite color scheme: blue, red, white, gold.

so did you get some references from the cut halo 3 brute color scheme?

**but that is just my suggestion, of course this is your mod!

I get the system! I'm just saying, I think even with the + ranks, it shouldn't be made over complicated. If it's a + rank, and you wanna make it obvious, just make it a shade darker rather than purple or something.

Looking at the wall of text I posted last night, I realize that I explained it in an overcomplicated way. The new system will be simpler and easier to follow, though, I think.

I'd say don't worry about over complicating it.

Also, I've just finished work on an alternate version of this that I'm playtesting now.
This mod here colors the brutes based on their names in the files. So Halo 3 has a minor, major, ultra, captain, captain major, captain ultra, and then bodyguard (Which is not higher than captain ultra. It's only as strong as a regular major). So for colors I went with blue, red, white, blue red, white, and then gold for the bodyguard.
For the new version I've just made, I decided to ignore the internal names of the brute ranks and instead create my own ranking system that's more like classic elites. It's the same ranks as I listed above, but I now refer to them as minor, minor+, major, ultra, zealot, zealot+, and bodyguard. The colors are bluish green, blue, red, white, gold, gold with red undersuit, and greenish blue with red undersuit. I'm thinking this will be better and I'll take the time to release it after I've playtested it.
