Late on Tuesday, the actress, 50, shared an update from her hospital bed, showing her snuggling with her cat Willow. Beckinsale lay down in the photo wearing a pink sweater, while the fluffy feline sat in her arms. "Visitor," she simply captioned the shot shared on her Instagram Story. A representative for Beckinsale didn't immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. “Happy birthday and U.K. Mother’s Day this last week to my incredible mother,” she captioned the post earlier this week. “Thank you to those that love us and support us when it’s s--- and try to make sure there are some bits that aren’t. And for looking after our dogs when we can’t, and lead us to remember happy things when we can’t. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us . .
