Nicki Minaj is showing off her “new boobs.”
The rapper confirmed she underwent breast reduction surgery while flaunting her cleavage in an Instagram selfie video to promote her song “Barbie World” from the upcoming “Barbie” movie soundtrack.
The clip shows the “Super Freaky Girl” artist posing for the camera in two low-cut tops as she mouths the lyrics to her latest musical collaboration with Ice Spice.
“New boobs who dis?” Minaj wrote in the comment section of her own post.
The reveal comes more than a year after the Grammy nominee, 40, shared her desire to downsize.
“I’m not gonna lie, somebody did tell me to get my boobs taken off, like a female in the industry,” Minaj said on Instagram Live in May 2022.
“And I was like, ‘No, no, not yet, not yet.’ And yeah, she was right. I should’ve hurried up and took them off.”
She added, “A cup. Oh, it’s A cup season. Yes!”
The “Chun-Li” rapper also teased her plans that same month at the Met Gala when she admitted to having a wardrobe malfunction with her Burberry gown by Riccardo Tisci.

“The only unplanned thing about my look is my boobs popping out, because they made my cup size a little small,” she told Vogue’s La La Anthony on the red carpet.
“Enjoy these t—ties cause y’all ain’t gonna see it ever again!”
Minaj isn’t the only female musician to open up about cosmetic procedures in recent months. Her confession about her “new boobs” comes after Doja Cat revealed in March that she underwent a breast reduction and liposuction.
“4 days into recovery right now,” she tweeted at the time. “Feels ok. I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. but I’m healing really fast.”
The “Woman” singer also clarified her breasts were reduced to a size 32C and she had fat removed instead of a “fat transfer” to another area of her body.
