It’s finally over for Brooke Burke and David Charvet.
The couple’s divorce was finalized in court on Wednesday, per a Los Angeles Superior County docket obtained by Page Six on Thursday. Burke, 48, filed for divorce from Charvet, 47, in April 2018, citing irreconcilable differences. She reported that they had separated in January of that year.
The stars wed in 2011.
They agreed to 50/50 custody of their two children, Heaven Rain, 13, and Shaya Braven, 12, TMZ reported. TV-personality Burke and the “Baywatch” actor will reportedly split all costs for their children and neither is on the hook for child support.
Their bank accounts will be split and neither party will pay spousal support as well, according to TMZ.
Burke will also keep their Santa Monica condo and their Malibu pad, while Charvet will keep another Malibu property, TMZ reported. She will also reportedly keep ownership of two fitness companies, and Charvet will keep his ownership of Malibu Stone and Building Materials.
They are also planning to split their art collection at a later date.
Burke also has two children from her first marriage to Garth Fisher: Neriah Fisher, 20, and Sierra Sky Fisher, 17.
