Pasadena's Rose Bowl Stadium -- appropriately nicknamed “America’s Stadium” -- is a world-renowned National Historic Landmark and California Historic Civil Engineering landmark arena.
The venue officially opened its gates on October 28, 1922, and since then has hosted countless large-scale events over the past century serving as a well-recognized backdrop for sporting and entertainment events.
It was designed by architect Myron Hunt (who was also the brilliant mind behind the Huntington Library!) and has expanded multiple times over the past century to now hold the title of the 15th largest stadium in the world.
Spectators travel worldwide each year to attend the iconic annual Bowl Game, UCLA Bruins football home games, music festivals and even the world’s largest flea market, which draws in tens of thousands of people (even the occasional celebrity shopper!).
It has also seen two Olympic games (and will see a third in 2028), five NFL Super Bowls, multiple college football championship games, the 1994 FIFA Men’s World Cup, the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup and historic bands like the Rolling Stones, Journey, Depeche Mode, U2, Beyonce, Taylor Swift and many more.

Take Metrolink to L.A. Union Station
Take the Metro L (Gold) Line for 23 minutes, 8 stops, and disembark at Memorial Park Station in Pasadena.
Transfer to the Rose Bowl Shuttle which will take travelers directly to the destination.
