Hello Kitty Toast With A Message

What a great day to enjoy Hello Kitty Toast at home without having to go to her theme cafe. All you need is a  Cornell Hello Kitty Sandwich Maker. You can purchase one from Harvey Norman SG for $67. I added an “I love U” message using our “Childhood” biscuits. And, I added my favorite Mayo Tuna Bread Spread in the Toast. This is perfect for breakfast, lunch or even snack-time.

Just a little interesting history on Hello Kitty which I came to find out while doing this post: The founder of Sanrio was Shintaro Tsuji who started out selling rubber sandals with flowers painted on them. He noted the profits increased when he added a cute design to the sandals and started hiring cartoonists to design cute characters for his merchandise. This shows that great businessmen are always able to observe the trends of their merchandise and make changes to them when necessary. Otherwise we won’t have so many kawaii products in our century to bring joy and color to our life.

Another interesting fact which I like to share is do you know that Hello Kitty does not have a mouth? Explanation given by Sanrio is she “speaks from the heart”. I guess we all can feel her heart that’s why we adore her so much. Sometimes, silent can be such a beautiful thing in life.
