Hello, Robin?
Yes, this is a robin. Partial-albinism or "leucism" are more common, or at least more easily noticed by people, in robins than in most species. Some animals make normal pigments in parts of their bodies and no pigments in others. One of the pigments this bird lacks is melanin, which gives feathers a brown-gray, or almost white. This bird acted like a robin and was shaped like a robin, because it most definitely is a robin.
