LL COOL J Wows Fans As He Flexes Impressive Physique At 55 Years Old

LL COOL J is in better shape than most people half his age and has shown off his chiseled six-pack as he gears up to head out on tour.

On Thursday (November 16), the 55-year-old Queens rap legend flexed his muscles for his 3.2 million Instagram followers shortly after a workout, leaving many fans and peers in awe of his physique.

“Cmon man… alien,” Royce Da 5’9″ wrote, while one fan said the pic inspired them to get back into shape.

“Real talk… I’m 38. I was walking by the mirror and did not like the way my stomach looked. Too much ‘good eaten,'” they wrote. “Then, for a fleeting moment, I thought to myself  ‘oh, well, you’re getting older… just accept it.’ Then no more than a couple moments later I saw this post. I’m inspired!! Flat stomach and and abs, here I come!”

Another fan added: “His abs is smiling!”

Uncle L indicated that he’s getting into the best shape he can ahead of the release of his new album and subsequent tour coming next year.

LL COOL J’s Q-Tip-produced album was slated to drop this year but he ended up delaying it once again. Back in May, AllHipHopreported that the project would feature some Hip Hop heavyweights with guest appearances from Eminem, Nas, Fat Joe, Rick Ross and Saweetie.

Eminem was originally supposed to be on LL’s G.O.A.T. 2 in 2014, and while that project got shelved, the NCIS star continued to tease a Slim Shady collaboration on his long-awaited 14th studio album.

Last week, Em made LL COOL J stray away from his strict diet when he sent him a jar of his new Mom’s Spaghetti Pasta Sauce.

“Mr. Marshall, thank you for the Mom’s Spaghetti sauce, man,” he began while holding a jar of Em’s recent culinary drop. “Yo, once I hook this up, I’ma tear it up, baby. I appreciate you. I’m gonna have to go left on my diet for a minute but it’s all good.”

He continued, “I appreciate you man. Let’s get it. And I had fun at the restaurant in Detroit. See you soon, baby. Peace.” The rapper-actor kept the caption short and sweet, writing: “@eminem Thank you B!!”
