This go-kart is designed in the style of a 1930s Ford-based hot rod under prior ownership and was purchased by the seller in 2024. The fiberglass bodywork is finished in silver with green flames and is mounted over a green custom steel frame. Power is from a five-horsepower Briggs & Stratton single linked with a centrifugal clutch and chain drive. Additional equipment includes aluminum wheels in a big-and-little setup, a disc brake, a plexiglass windscreen, dual mirrors, front lights, a three-spoke steering wheel, and a black seat. This hot rod-style go-kart is offered at no reserve in Otterbein, Indiana, with a bill of sale.
The fiberglass body is styled to resemble a 1930s Ford hot rod and is painted with a silver pearlescent finish accented by green color-changing flames over the hood and sides. An air-brushed “Rat Fink” character appears through faux grille bars. Exterior details include functional headlights and taillamps as well as a plexiglass windscreen and dual mirrors. The rear engine cover is vented, the rear lights are non-functioning, and the seller indicates a stone chip on the hood in the gallery below.
The polished aluminum wheels wear 14×2.00 Schwable Big Apple balloon whitewall tires up front, and 18.0/8.08 Mickey Thompson ET Jr. slick tires out back. Braking is from a rear-mounted slotted disc brake.
The cockpit is equipped with a single bucket seat upholstered in black vinyl as well as a three-spoke steering wheel with an American flag decal on the center hub. The frame is finished in green with hand-painted light green accents, while the white-dial gauges are non-functioning. A shifter-look lever is included for gas pedal operation for shorter drivers.
The five-horsepower Briggs & Stratton Raptor single is fitted with a dual exhaust and drives the rear axle via a centrifugal clutch and drive chain. An oil change was performed under current ownership.
