Simon is a Lead Maths Specialist for White Rose Education with responsibility for helping to lead the Intervention Specialist team. His passion for mathematics is infectious and he has a true belief that anyone can make progress and succeed in mathematics regardless of their starting point or prior experiences. He has worked in secondary education for over a decade teaching all year groups up to and including year 13. He has also worked in schools in a school improvement and coaching capacity, helping to develop and embed mastery approaches to teaching and learning in newly qualified and experienced staff.
