From the outside, there is nothing to suggest that the Hôtel Particulier Villeroy is anything other than the someone's opulent private home. However, when you walk through the grand doors on rue Jean-Goujon, a stone's throw from the Avenue Montaigne, you discover a very exclusive space designed for a privileged few.

The first hotel by The Collection (already behind many private residences in St. Barth, Courchevel and New York), the place is only open to those who spend the night there. As a high guarantee of confidentiality, visitors can choose between eleven apartments, suites and rooms, all decorated in light colors, with furniture by Promemoria, but also with bathrooms and marble fireplaces, the group's signature style.

Classified as a historical monument and carefully renovated, each space surrounds an atrium, topped by a beautifully grand chandelier from Atelier Alain Ellouz.

Restaurant at the Hotel Particulier Villeroy

On the ground floor, the Trente-Trois restaurant is run by Sébastien Sanjou, a renowned chef who delicately revisits the great classics of French cuisine, while strictly following the seasons, dishes include a scallop carpaccio, mi-cuit tuna and a crispy apple pie. Made with the finest regional produce, these delicate recipes are served on Jaune de Chrome plates and eaten with silverware from Christofle. Meanwhile, next door, the bar allows you to sip a cocktail or a Japanese whisky in front of a crackling fire.

Another delight is the hotel's very first spa, L'Officine Universelle Buly, which has two cabins, a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi and a hydrotherapy shower made of marble and onyx. Specially for this temple of wellness, the Parisian cosmetics brand has created organic plant oils for facial care and multi-purpose essential oils (four seasonal oils: Bright Green, Powdered Pink, Pastel Blue or White Light) for massages.
