We stayed in a really nice room with amazing views of Lake Louise! The hotel looks so grand inside and the restaurants had delicious food. The staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the experience!

Our hotel stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the lounge, scents and surrounding areas. Food and restaurants were great too. There was construction going on. So that took away from the peaceful quiet sounds of nature we were hoping for. Access ropes blocked the view of both windows. So that was… Read more

A new outdoor pool and hot tubs will be completed in 2025. Read less

We really enjoyed our stay on the Gold Floor, even received a complimentary upgrade a to a Junior Suite Lakeview room (amazing view). The lady that checked us in was wonderful. The snacks, beverages & breakfast in the Gold Lounge were ok (not as impressive as Banff Springs, to be honest), it felt a bit cramped & disorganized. I don't feel the extra cost for Gold is worth it here. We took the Mountain Signature Mixology Class in the Lakeview Lounge (cost included in resort fee). The bartender hosting it was Carl. He was fantastic at his job! We truly enjoyed this class, highly recommend. We even received a couple complimentary drinks after the class to celebrate our anniversary. Next stop, Walliser Stube for appetizers and drinks. Service was somewhat slow, our waitress was very nice, but unfortunately we weren't thrilled with the appetizers. We found them a bit tasteless & quite expensive for the portion size. The hotel is very peaceful and clean. They include a lot of great classes in the resort fee. You don't even need to leave the hotel to fill your day. We'll definitely return. Read less

Just disappointed that the property was under construction. It did impact our stay. We were woken at 7 by the noise, when we opened our balcony to see the view we paid for we were looking at a crane. We had an underwhelming dinner. We couldn’t skate on the ice. Many things were closed .
