Katee Sackhoff to star in Hallmark movie 'Christmas Sail'

Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Longmire and The Mandalorian alum Katee Sackhoff announced Wednesday she has filmed a Hallmark Channel holiday film called Christmas Sail.

"Cats out of the bag!! I did a @hallmarkchannel Christmas movie that my Fiancé @Robin_Gadsby wrote I can't wait for you to see this movie we created and executive produced! Merry Christmas indeed....on Halloween no less," Sackhoff tweeted.

Terry O'Quinn from Lost and Patrick Sabongui from The Flash will co-star.

"When Liz returns home to take care of her estranged father she is determined to give her daughter a perfect Christmas and reconnect with her best friend," the network said a synopsis.

Sackhoff is also known for her roles in Battlestar Galactica and 24. She and Gadsby have been a couple since 2018.
