Great as always. Staff is great. Location is very central. Close to the Gondolas, the best restaurants and there’s a Starbucks basically in the lobby (enter at Mezzanine level) !!! It’s not the 4 seasons but very nice and a great value for Whistler!

Staff are super friendly (especially house keeping - but all staff were nice) and helpful. Convenient location in the village stroll. Our room (with 2x double beds) was VERY small for 2 adults, an 8yr old and a 2yr old. I’d recommend no more than 2 adults in the room. Also, the beds were uncomfortable; they are dipped in the centre so you fall into the centre, and generally give you a sore back to sleep in.

We stayed in one of their smaller rooms with two double beds. The room was VERY small and not a great option for two people with ski gear. We visited friends in other rooms and they were very nice, so the room choice really matters. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, it doesn’t get any better.
Loved the location right in the middle of the village. Safe, convenient, beautiful, great service and services! Only tiny complaint is that the beds are super soft and have zero support. If you like that, you’ll sink right in!

Location is amazing in the heart of Whistler village, room super clean but not sound proof and way over priced. The games room had derelict shuffleboard table, broken air hockey table and ping pong paddles that a rat would avoid. The pool access is through a public area with a hot tub just warm. The sauna is on a completely different floor with no change room though they tell you to get changed?
