I cannot say enough awesome things about the front desk staff. They were beyond helpful and kind. We came to Whistler spontaneously after are original weekend getaway plans fell apart at the seams the morning of. I shared our story with the front desk just in conversation and the woman working the front desk gave us some vouchers to do some fun things that evening for no cost to us, things we probably wouldn't have paid for or thought of ourselves. We had so much fun and it made up for everything else gone wrong that day. It was beyond sweet. And on top of that they were honest about all the questions we had about local restaurants and bars and they really steered our short stay in Whistler in the right direction. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. And the location is a 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay here again!

One great hotel. Walking distance to the downtown, ski resorts and more.
Clean rooms, excellent staff and very comfortable beds.
Great for families and single people going in a group with friends.
Parking is $21 Canadian dollars per night though.

Overall is decent, room is okay, location is okay. Only thing that bother me was when checking in, my wife covered her month and cough a little due to having allergy but she didn't think too much and return the pen to the guy at front desk. The guy said it's okay you can keep the pen, my wife said oh really, thanks. Then he said "um yea... Since you coughed on it." I believed there's a better way to say that in this case instead of just pointing directly at guest.

Although the room doesn't look that new, everything else looks fairly clean and well maintained. On top of that, there is a complimentary sparkling water station located on the third floor of the hotel. Great place to stay at whistler if you are looking for a budget stay.

Stayed at the Listel for work purposes and loved it! It's very central for Whistler Village and has tons of surrounding restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice but it is quite worn in a lot of areas. The rooms are very comfortable but unfortunately the walls are rather thin. We could hear everyone in the room next door and they were just talking loudish. They also does not provide with basic amendities such as hair cap or qtips as they are going waste free. However, the best part is they are pet friendly, but they have no provisions for ur pets. So you'll have to bring their h2o and food dish and litter box. It is almost the same price to kennel them at $25 bucks (28ish with tax). The beds are comfortable though and I did sleep well. Would i stay there again? Maybe.

Nice clean hotel. It is dated, but still comfortable. It's close to all the stores and the Whistler Gondola. The only complaint I have is that the water temperature changes during my showers. It would go hot then cold and hot again.

Very helpful staff, and bike friendly which helped a lot with the logistics of my stay. Could do with updating in the rooms but fine for the money.

Great hotel, didn't allow gear into the rooms which was understandable. Comfy and clean. All that was lacking was a microwave to gets leftovers!

Hotel is perfectly located for a weekend away in whistler. Within 2 minutes walking you are in the villiage center and only a five minute walk from the ski lifts. Rooms are good a spacious bit they do have a dated feel to them. But overall ot was an enjoyable stay.

OK hotel, expensive for what it is. Limited services and a funky hot tub. Probably would choose a different venue next time. Nothing wrong with it but for the money I think I can do better.

The hotel was immaculate from the front door to our room windowsill. The staff was cheerful even working thru Christmas and we we're only a quick stroll to the base of the mountain. What a perfect stay!

Extremely convenient location just feet from the chair lifts at the Blackcomb mountain resort. All of the amenities you would expect from a ski resort. Ski and snowboard rentals are nearby as are a great diversity of restaurants and entertainment in Whistler Village.

Great staff, and nice place to stay.
The hotel is close to the gondolas and in the centre of Whistler, so close to all shops and restaurants. It's very easy to access it. The rooms are nice and clean, thought they could use more arrangements for cloths. The bathroom are simple without anything fancy.

Good hotel, but the bathroom door wasn't locking and the shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold. I'd recommend it for its beauty and rustic atmosphere.

5

Simple, clean and the staff are really nice. It's not amazing, no extras, hotel is in between a few so you to get to the village you have to walk down the street around one of a couple hotels. The hot tub is indoor and tiny but they do have a nice outdoor patio. The restaurant is incredibly overpriced and the food and drinks are just OK but if you leave that out of the review it was a nice sleep, quiet room and convenient location.

The hotel was generally clean but very noisy. And what was most annoying: they charged us for everything extra, Air-conditioned room 20$ extra. Parking lot: 20$ extra...

Very friendly staff, perfect wifi, nice ace room with ice, regular cold water and sparkly water. Perfect breakfast. If your room is faced toward the square you might expect late night yell and laugh of drunk people.

6

Service - very friendly and welcoming staff, no complaints. Price - book months in advance or you will pay exorbant prices, not surprising for this area. Room - very old school, needs renovation, not much space to store and organize, seeing how everyone's here with ski/board gear. Amenities - overnight snowboard storage is very useful. The continental breakfast is miserable though, basically no hot foods Overall - you are paying for the location, not comfort, or amenities. Rooms can be redone to be much friendlier to skiers/boarders.

Amazing hotel. Lovely views of the mountains and very close to all the restaurants and ski shops. Very close to the ski lifts so even if you had to carry all your gear it isn't far. Breakfast is buffet style of cereals and bread/pastry as well as fruit and drinks. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This review is for the Ketel One Ice Room. If you are in Whistler this is a must do. Elliot was a great Vodka tour guide. The ice room was like nothing I've ever experienced before. I got to taste a coffee flavored vodka....who knew! And the camaraderie with a group of strangers was really fun.

The Listel is in a great location and has good amenities (sauna, spa, on-site bar/bistro) The rooms are similar size to other Whistler hotels we've stayed at. They have a complimentary ski/board check as you can't bring them into your room. We had no problems with this service. The included breakfast had cereals, toast, bagels, pastries, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, sweet yogurt and fresh fruit. It was very crowded and in the future we'd just arrange our own breakfast
