Fourteen years later and it turns out love still means plenty to Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker, who exchanged a pair of social media posts to commemorate their 14th wedding anniversary.

Roddick, the former world No. 1-turned-Tennis Channel analyst, took to Twitter on Monday to pay tribute to his wife of just under a decade-and-a-half.

“14 years later, nobody I’d rather be on this adventure w,” wrote the 2003 US Open champion, who first began dating Decker in 2007. “Strong, compassionate, driven, and puts up w me most of the time :) Love you lady.”

Decker responded on Instagram with a slew of silly selfies, a nod to their shared sense of humor.

“May he be this excited to take pictures with me for the next 14,” wrote the model/actress, who married Roddick in 2009.

“Happy Anniversary to my husband who is not on Instagram so will never see this.”

Roddick retired from tennis after the 2012 US Open and now splits his time between broadcasting, philanthropy with his eponymous foundation, and raising a family; he and Decker welcomed the first of their two children in 2015 and their second two years later.

The long-running power couple shared the story of how they first met with the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2017, the year Roddick was inducted.

“It’s a terrible story,” joked Decker. “I was hosting a show about football for Sports Illustrated, and he watched it every week. He got his attorney to call my agent at the time. I thought it was very shady, as one would, and I didn’t call him back for five months.

“I googled him and watched his press conference from the ’07 Aussie Open where he was just super dry and sarcastic, and I thought, ‘That’s pretty funny. He seems like a charmer.’ I called him back and we were together ever since.”

The two are indeed rarely apart, with Roddick often calling in to episodes of Tennis Channel Live to stay close to home, but they’ve had their share of fun over the years, including a head-to-head appearance on the fifth season of Lip Sync Battle with a cameo from good friend Serena Williams.

One more year and Roddick and Decker will be celebrating a different kind of 15-0.
