STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Some Chick-fil-A devotees could be in line for a gift card worth up to $29 as part of a $4.4 million lawsuit settlement, and we’re closing in on the deadline to claim it.

The settlement is related to a class action lawsuit in which the Atlanta-based fast food restaurant chain does not admit guilt. Filed in a federal court in Georgia, the suit alleges that the chain advertised free or low-cost delivery, yet raised the food prices only on delivery orders.
