3 Workouts Victoria's Secret Angels Love

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs December 5 at 10 P.M. EST on CBS. The show, which is being filmed in Paris this year, will feature Victoria's Secret Angels Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Jasmine Tookes, Elsa Hosk, Martha Hunt, and Josephine Skriver as well as Kendall Jenner, Bella and Gigi Hadid, and more.

SELF caught up with a few of the Angels before they flew to The City of Lights to talk about their workout routines, favorite exercises, and fashion show prep. We headed to their favorite NYC workouts studios, Dogpound, Flex Studios, and Aerospace to see their training sessions in action...their routines were no joke.

Watch the Victoria's Secret Angels demonstrate a few of their favorite abs, butt, and total-body workout routines below (yes, burpees are involved). Keep in mind, wanting to strengthen your muscles or lose weight is a legitimate goal and a personal choice, but know that it takes a consistent fitness routine, time, and a smart nutritional plan to see results. And it's unrealistic to compare yourself to other people—particularly Victoria's Secret models, who devote months of extremely intense training and restrictive and specific eating habits to look the way they do.
