I've heard so much about this film over the years that I really wanted to see it. It's 2 hours long, but I felt like I had seen everything I needed to see and knew exactly where the story would go after about 30 minutes. So, at that point, I quit watching. Still, it's a good film and well cast. And the scene where the innocent father-and-son rabbit-hunter duo gets unnecessarily slaughtered will haunt me for some time to come.

The Effects are really good, the music is okay, the acting is okay, the story is good. But those are not the things that make this movie work. It is the imagination and the villain. The imagination and designs are really good in this movie. They are really creative. The villain is one of the best villains ever! This man is a monster! Also the ending is really good cause it makes you think if everything really happened or was it just imagination?
