Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima credits her glowing skin to the coconuts from her native Brazil, and not just drinking the fruit's insides. After a long, hard day the Fantasy Bra-wearer calms her face by dousing it coconut water. As she explained to The Cut during an interview for the release of the Marc Jacobs's "Decadence" perfume, which she's the face of:

If you have a tough day and want to treat yourself, you can soak your skin with cotton pads and ice-cold coconut water. I prefer natural coconut water. Every time I go to Brazil, I get a chance to try it. Here, I go to Chinatown.

In addition to external exfoliation, the model does drink "a lot of it," which is "really amazing for the skin." As for her morning routine, it's simply facial oil, perfume, lip balm, and then off to the boxing gym. To fuel herself, she'll eat different things like "oatmeal, egg whites, and fruit." One constant remains, though, C-O-F-F-E-E.
