A man has been found dead near a popular snowmobiling area in northern B.C.
The B.C. Coroners Service says it’s investigating the incident at Morfee Mountain trying to determine a cause of death.
It is not believed to be related to an avalanche.
The victim was found near Benny’s Bowl yesterday (Nov. 17).
Local RCMP also believe the man’s death is not suspicious.
Morfee Mountain is located nearly 10 km north of Mackenzie, under 200 km north of Prince George.
No other information is being released at this time.
