Never opened.

This is old "store stock"from my own record store of the 1970's and '80s; one of a very few, that I kept aside all these years, unopened.

One of 5 Roger Dean posters I am selling at this time.

Pictured below is an image of the poster pulled off the web - PLUS a photo of MY POSTER FOR AUCTION -still sealed in its tube, next to the "YESSONGS #2: Awakening" poster, also sealed in its tube. I am selling the "Awakening" poster in a separate auction.

POSTER is 19 3/4" TALL by probably 36" to 38" wide (without pulling it out of the tube, I cannot measure the width).

*The photo of the image here (the best one I could find, after spending way too much time hunting for good resolution, on-line, of these posters!)  is cropped, dark, grainy and quite soft... in short, a very poor representation of the image on the poster. NOTHING like the top quality of my original UK, BIG O produced poster from 1973.

I was not about to OPEN this tube and roll out this never touched poster -so see the
1st photo merely to identify the "CLOSE TO THE EDGE" image.

2nd Photo shows the actual item for auction in its original Big O tube
...next to the "YESSONGS #2: Awakening" poster from separate auction.
NOTE that the longest of the 2 posters there (AWAKENINGS) still has the blue BIG O seal
at the end. BOTH of these are the original 1970's BIG O editions... the blue seal has just
fallen off of one tube at some point over the years.

POSTER is in PERFECT CONDITION. Still crisp and untouched in the plastic. There are no wrinkles, creases, bumped ends or marks. The plastic is 100% intact, with no tears or holes. Poster inside is in 100% NEW condition, just like the the others I sold back in the '70s at my store. This one was saved aside and stored all these years never opened.

LONG out-of-print!

I don't think you'll find any other UNOPENED, BRAND NEW originals of this poster anywhere for sale.
