We have stayed in Whistler before so we know what to expect. With that being said, the Crystal Lodge was far better experience then we have had in prior years. The staff was top notch. The hotel staff was as friendly and pleasant as you could ask for. Perfect location for lift access and walking in the village. We will be back next year for sure. This is our go-to place moving forward!!

Good hotel to spend a couple of days in Whistler. At the time of our visit, the sauna was closed but we still got a chance to enjoy hot tub. Be prepared that the bathroom doors cannot be closed properly and the air conditioning makes constant noises all night.
I liked that ev parking was free but I didn't like that it was just random plugs on the wall. We were only able to find one outlet and it not even marker for ev parking.
Great location in the Village right near the base of Whistler mountain. The staff are amazing. The south wing isn't as nice as the north wing, and the room had an awkward layout, but that bathroom was absolutely perfect. The most incredible, deep tub.

Would not recommend, terrible experience, room was smelly and very claustrophobic, some toilets are bigger than that room. Didn’t end up staying in the room
