Gender: Spayed female

Size: 74 pounds

Bella’s story: Bella has been at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center for more than a month. She’s a gentle, loving soul who would make a perfect cuddle buddy. She is loyal to the people she loves and will do well in a relaxed, calm environment. Bella lived with another dog before, but can be particular about other canines. A submissive male canine companion may be acceptable to her, or she can be the only dog in the home. She likes to take walks and would be the perfect match for a retired person or couple or even a family looking for a calmer, older dog who will not require a great deal of effort.

Adoption fee: Dedicated Animal Welfare Group is covering Bella’s adoption fee, so her new owners will pay only the $20 microchip cost.

Adoption procedure: Application and screening of potential adopters is required to ensure they are the right fit for Bella. Visit Bella at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center, 28095 Hillcrest, Mission Viejo; call 949-470-3045; or email ask-shelter@cityofmissionviejo.org. More information on Bella and other dogs in need of homes can be found online.
