The pictures, taken Friday, show the pink and sporadically furry twins — Fleur de Coton and Petit Neige — in incubators at The Beauval Zoo in Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher, about 140 miles southwest of Paris, according to Getty captions.

The zoo announced on Aug. 2 that the sisters were born “very lively, pink and plump” shortly after 1 a.m. local time to mother Huan Huan and father Yuan Zi, both of whom are on a 10-year loan from China, The Associated Press reported at the time.

The happy arrival of the pair — weighing 5.3 and 4.6 ounces at the time — marked the second and third cubs ever born in France. The first, Yuan Meng, born in August, 2017, was the first cub of Huan Huan and Yuan Zi’s.

The twins are the product of artificial insemination after their parents had “mated eight times,” the zoo said in March.

The new additions, who now weigh nearly 11 ounces and close to 10.5 ounces, will live in France for a few years before they return to China.
