Salad Fingers is back to haunt your nightmares

"The feeling of rust…against my salad fingers…is almost orgasmic"

Salad Fingers is back after five years with a brand new episode – watch it below now.

The creepy, green-skinned sociopathic character, created by British animator David Firth, has returned to YouTube screens for its eleventh episode, titled ‘Glass Brother’.

It comes after Firth’s initial online run of the series, which began in 2004 with the episode ‘Spoons’ (shown on Newgrounds.com) and wrapped up in 2014 on YouTube with an unnamed cliffhanger episode.

Fans of the animation will be familiar with the series’ disturbing main character and the apocalyptic world that he inhabits alone. To pass the time and to, presumably, feel less lonely, Salad Fingers puts himself in bizarre scenarios with his finger puppets Hubert Cumberdale, Jeremy Fisher, and Marjory Stewart-Baxter.

The 2014 finale closing saw Salad Fingers dress himself in a BBQ apron and stare directly at viewers while the camera zooms out and eerie music plays in the background.

In ‘Glass Brother’, which has been created thanks to the generosity of the series’ loyal patrons, Salad Fingers sews clumps of human-like skin together and chomps off Marjory Stewart-Baxter’s hair, among other twisted activities.
