The 1st 2023 Jennie Finch Empowerment Award recipient is Karley Clark from the Cincinnati Reds RBI team Clark, a catcher who recently finished her junior year of high school, helped her team win districts this year at Fairfield High School in Ohio

The 2nd 2023 Jennie Finch Empowerment Award recipient is Jada Cooper from the Houston Astros RBI team Cooper is a 3 sport athlete in high school (softball, basketball and volleyball) and her Astros RBI team just won the Nike RBI World Series softball title

The 3rd 2023 Jennie Finch Empowerment Award recipient is Kristin White from the DC Elite Nike RBI team White helped lead her DC Elite team to many firsts this summer, including their 1st ever RBI World Series and RBI Championship Game
