A woman has divided opinion after she filmed herself kicking sand into the face of a man who sat down just 10-feet away from her, despite the beach being completely empty.

Korynne ( @korynnec ) began feeling uncomfortable when she woke up from a nap on the beach, only to see a man sunbathing a close distance to her, leading her to worry he was stalking her.

Convinced he was up to something sinister, the TikToker decided to get her own back at the man, by running past him and kicking sand in his face as she did so, the Daily Star reports.

In a video she posted on TikTok, she said: "When an old man parks himself 10-feet in front of your towel on a completely empty beach while you were napping and you know what needs to be done."

Korynne filmed the beach to show the vast space with absolutely no visitors other than the man, before putting her phone down, turning on the selfie camera and running towards the sea.

As she runs past the man, who is lying on his beach towel facing downwards, she purposely kicks the sand to the man's back.

He quickly turns around and watches her heading to the water and the video cuts to show him packing his belongings and leaving the area.

"Promise I'll make you more uncomfortable than you make me, also my flat feet grip sand as good as a shovel," she added in the caption.

After posting the video, the TikToker has been met with mixed responses from viewers. While some praised her braveness, others pointed out that the man didn't appear to be doing anything other than sunbathing.

"He was literally minding his own business tanning till she ran right by him and kick sand in his face," one commented, while another added: "Didn't know you own the whole beach?"

However, others disagreed, with another commenting: "He sat right in front of her and you can see him looking at her. She had every right to do what she did!"

"This was so satisfying, that's what he deserves. I'm totally doing this next time, thanks for the tip," another added.
