Elizabeth Hurley looked incredible in a throwback bikini snap she posted on Instagram as she reminisced over pre-lockdown life.

The model, 54, was clad in a tiny turquoise bikini in the Maldives beach photo, showing off her incredibly toned figure and age-defying abs.

Mother-of-one Liz looked as glam as ever with smokey eye make up and glossy lipstick with her long tresses blowing around her shoulders in the wind.

She was quick to point out it was a throwback photo and she was not defying lockdown travel restrictions.

She wrote: "No- I’m not in the Maldives, I’m weeding my rose beds in Blighty, but this was me in Feb (seems like a lifetime ago) at @chevalblancrandheli."

She has been in isolation with her son Damian, who spent his 18th birthday in lockdown but his mum still made sure it was a special day.

She is also living with her mum Angela, 79, and her aunt, who is also in her late 70s.

And they are also joined by her nephew Miles, who recently survived a horrific knife attack.

He was stabbed after a car collision in 2018, and lost four pints of blood.

Liz recently explained on Instagram: "In these scary times I feel incredibly lucky to live in the countryside and have lots of outside space.

"As well as my son, I have seven other people living with me including my 79 year old mother and her sister- also in her late 70's- and one of my best friends who is in the highest risk group with severe respiratory problems.

"Keeping everyone as safe as possible (and fed) is a full time job. We all are full of the highest admiration for our wonderful NHS staff and are doing everything we can to not add to their burden".

Damien recently admitted he'd had some highs and lows during lockdown as he posted some photos in the garden.

The series of photos showed him starting off smiling into the camera, then eventually lying on the floor with all his limbs flailing in the air.

Alongside it, he wrote: "swipe for a representation of my mind during quarantine".
