They let you engage with their employees without hiding them away! https://lnkd.in/gm-WZxD9 When we floated the idea of a tool for companies to make their people more accessible to anyone curious, it was no surprise that the same companies and people jumped at the idea. Even if they are not actively hiring, the typical response was, "of course, we want people interested to get to know us." I wondered if the idea of people being able to "shop around" under an alias was a step too far, however, the companies using Badger.ai care more about the benefits of making people feel safe until they are ready to disclose their identity. Now I could Bagder on all day... But, instead of listening to me, you can now go and see for yourself why these companies are great places to work straight from the horse's mouth! 9moAbsolutely great. It’s become a part of my due diligence when picking a new employer to reach out to current/ex employees to have a candid conversation about the realities of a role. Having an org actively supporting their employs to field questions on a platform like Badger speaks volumes
