Court documents describe the alleged actions of a University of Arizona freshman accused of stabbing her roommate to death.
According to the court papers, authorities say Galareka Harrison was upset that Mia Henderson had accused her of theft.
Authorities say Harrison bought a knife before returning to their dorm, then forged a note in which Henderson supposedly admitted that she'd falsely accused her roommate and "mentioned ending her own life."
The probable cause statement says Harrison entered the dorm room, left the note on her roommate's desk, then stabbed Henderson "numerous times" as she was sleeping.
Harrison is jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail on suspicion of murder. Students called police Wednesday morning after hearing screams.
