  3. Fine image, but I'm not 100% certain that it would indeed by A. vulgare :-/
    In Austria you would have to also consider A.versicolor, which can be hard to separate... Do you maybe have more frontal images of the head and a full view on the "tail" (telson)?

    1. Thanks for the effort you put in the identification.
      I checked the photo's of that day, I dont have a better view of the front, but did make a photo of the back. I hope it help you for the ID. I uploaded it as A.vulgare for now.

"Armadillidium vulgare", the pill-bug, potato bug, pill woodlouse, roly-poly, doodle bug, or carpenter, is a widespread European species of woodlouse. It is the most extensively investigated terrestrial isopod species.
