Happy Endings alum Elisha Cuthbert is headed to NBC.
The actress has been tapped to star in the network’s comedy pilot One Big Happy, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

The multicamera comedy centers on Lizzy, a lesbian who attempts to get pregnant via artificial insemination with her straight male best friend and roommate Luke (2 Broke Girls’ Nick Zano). The plan succeeds, and Lizzy finally gets pregnant — just as Luke meets and impulsively marries the love of his life.
2 Broke Girls‘ Liz Feldman will pen the script and executive produce alongside Ellen DeGeneres and her A Very Good Production topper Jeff Kleeman. Scott Ellis will direct the pilot.
