Goodmark Limited Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Goodmark warranties its parts to you the original purchaser, to be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 120 days from the original date of purchase. You must notify us by phone, email, or writing within the warranty period to make a claim. We will also require photos of the defect prior to a claim being filed. Liability of Goodmark under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price of the product. Goodmark hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Goodmark is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents, or normal wear; nor is Goodmark responsible for labor charges, inconvenience, or other expenses related to installation or use of our products whether purchased from us or an independent reseller.
