Fans are familiar with Gwen Stefani's famous blonde hair and bold makeup looks. But when the singer gave them a look into her life ahead of fame this summer, it prompted fans to ask a lot of questions.
On July 25, The Voice alum uploaded a compilation video on Instagram that showed highlights from her life. The clip included sweet memories of Gwen from her childhood, adolescent years, days in the band No Doubt, and being with her husband Blake Shelton. While she didn't really share the reason behind the visual montage, she did manage to capture people's attention with her cryptic "?" caption.
When fans saw the GXVE Beauty founder sharing throwback moments online, they immediately had theories.
"What are you teasing?" one person wrote on Instagram. "I was wondering the same thing lol 😂," a different follower replied. "I feel like Gwen's new album will be a lot of nostalgia and a lot of present day mixed in one. Kinda like a life story album," another suggested, referencing her releasing new music earlier this year.
Despite being unclear about the unexpected social media drop, Gwen definitely has a lot coming up for her. Back in June, "The Sweet Escape" songstress surprised her fans by dropping a brand-new single titled "True Babe." The track also came with an official lyric video, possibly signaling she may be putting out more songs sooner than we think.
What's more, Gwen will be back on screen in the coming months. She's been tapped to be a coach on The Voice season 24, joining John Legend, Niall Horan and newbie mentor Reba McEntire starting September 25. Needless to say, a huge dose of Gwen is coming our way!
