New Knees for Kimball Stacey

This site was set up for Kimball Stacey to raise funds for short term pain relief while awaiting more permanent future surgery.Kimball suffers from hereditary knee joint deterioration and suffers greatly at both home and work to the point where he struggles with the simplest of tasks because of excrutiating knee pain. He is scheduled for surgery in the fall of 2016 which is fully covered by OHIP(after seeing two specialists) but the temporary gel injections which will allow him more comfort until then is not covered by OHIP  nor is he covered under his employers health care plan.
     The gel injections from what I gather are about  $1000.00-$1200.00 cdn  plus allowances for go fundme expenses.
    Kimball recently uprooted his family from Newfoundland after a 5 year stint, to move to back to Ontario for a more prosperous future. Without the gel injections his options are limited and his quality of life greatly affected.
    The construction season is fastly approaching and Kimball's layoff is about to end so it would be great if he could start the season on a  relatively pain free note.
    I am a co-worker, as well as a friend with Kimball both before and after his 5 year Newfoundland  relocation and  I  initiated this  for his sake as I want to see him succeed both personally and professionally for his own piece of mind as well as his family's.
