The changing landscape of Brush Park as Bedrock residential development plan takes shape

The historic homes along Alfred Street evoke the historic grandeur of Brush Park in Detroit and are integrated with modern structures built by City Modern.

Residents have already moved into City Modern's new construction Carriage Homes along Alfred Street between John R and Brush Streets in the Brush Park neighborhood of Detroit. The Carriage Homes are a modern take on the historic carriage homes typical of the neighborhood in the 1900s.

City Modern's The Flats at 440 Alfred St. is under construction in the historic Brush Park neighborhood of Detroit. Sixty-nine units will be for lease that will have ground level retail, fitness center, tenant lounge, bike storage, in-unit laundry, dog grooming salon and underground parking.
