This was a good place for our family to stay for a reasonable price. The room was simply furnished and relatively clean. The staff were excellent with check-in and providing all we needed in our room. The main downside was that there was no air conditioning, as it was a hot weekend, but they provided an extra fan for us since the ceiling fan wasn’t working. We made good use of the free bike storage room and free parking, although we realized afterwards that the street parking in the neighborhood is also free in summer. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub! Great location for a quick (5 min) bike ride to Lost lake also.

We enjoyed the location of ResortQuest. Unfortunately when we checked in it was a bit of a mission to get to our room as we had to collect our keys from an adjacent building. However the price was very competitive for the season and the place was very clean and tidy. I would say that the mattress would need to be updated - other than that the place was comfortable for two and in a great position to the lift and town. We would return and stay - more of a heads up for checking in and bed comfort:)

The property was okay but not a four star. Be sure you don't book a room with an adjoining suite next door as the walls and door are paper thin.

Most disappointing was that we weren't given any instructions for accessing the property. We had to spend 40 minutes on the phone with Expedia when we got there to determine that we just needed to go to the property next door to get the access codes etc. since there's no reception desk at Greystone. There's some water damage in the unit (up high) and the drywall tape is peeling off etc. No windows that open and no air conditioning - would be fine in the winter/cooler weather but in the summer makes it very hot. There is a balcony door, but the balcony is shared with the adjacent unit, and they had all their mountain bike gear spread all over the balcony and chairs, so we couldn't use it, and didn't feel secure leaving the balcony door open (to get fresh/cool air in) when the people in the unit next door then had open access to our unit/stuff. It seemed very pricey, but when compared to other places in Whistler, it ended up being a bit of a bargain.
