About BALLOONS
● Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures - excessive heat may pop balloon
● Balloons are shipped flat & deflated, with no helium or air
● Balloons do not come with ribbon or string (unless specified in listing)
● Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children and discard broken balloons at once.
● Do not release foil balloons into the air
● Do not overfill because balloon will pop (popped balloons cannot be refunded or returned)
● Fill with helium at your local party store or purchase your own tank and fill at home
● Keep balloons secured to a weight with non-metallic ribbon
● When you’re finished with the balloon, pop it and dispose of properly

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PURCHASED?
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.

YOUR ORDER'S "SHIP BY" DATE
After purchase your receipt will show you the "ship by" date for your order. I ship on or before the ship by date. Look for your order's 'ship by" date at the top right of your receipt.

HOW TO VIEW RECEIPT AND SHIPPING STATUS:
You can go to "Your Account" at the top right of any Etsy page, roll-over, and click "Purchases and Reviews" to see receipts for all of your orders on Etsy. Your order from me, Celebrate the Day party, will be included.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER YOU SHIP TO MY US ADDRESS?
You can expect your order about 2-3 business days after I've shipped within the US.

WILL I HEAR FROM YOU AFTER I PURCHASE MY ITEMS?
After you've successfully placed an order you will receive an email from Etsy to acknowledge and confirm your purchase.

Your receipt from Etsy has a message for my clients at the bottom.
If I have a question about your order I'll contact you. If not, your next communication from me will be when I send you a Shipping Confirmation Message to let you know your order has shipped.

Yes, I'll send you a shipping confirmation message and let you know when your order is on the way to you. In your message I'll include your package's tracking number so you can see where it is in the world as it travels to you.
