The store owner Oythip corrected my address after I messaged her about a typo. I'm so grateful for her customer service. The item is exactly as advertised and it fits the pot I have in my kitchen too. It is hard to find this handmade, eco-friendly item in the US. Bamboo sticky rice steamers impart a pleasant smell to throw rice and ensures the rice is cooked but not soggy.

Very good quality. I received one years ago As a gift when my parents brought it back as a souvenir for me from Thailand. This particular steaming basket is so much sturdier and well woven! I’m impressed!
