Lauren Graham, Lorelai Gilmore
After Lorelai, Lauren went on to play another iconic single mother, Sarah Braverman, on NBC's Parenthood. She also did a few movies, including Evan Almighty and Bad Santa. Fun fact: She's the author of the New York Times bestseller, Someday, Someday, Maybe, which at one point was going to be turned into a TV show.
Alexis Bledel, Rory Gilmore
Alexis did a number of films like The Kate Logan Affair and Jenny's Wedding after playing Rory. She also played the leading role of Stacey in Us & Them, a reworking of the British comedy series Gavin & Stacey (but Fox ended up deciding not to air the show). Notably, Alexis' role as Beth Dawes on Mad Men led to her now-husband, Vincent Kartheiser, whom she met on the show.
Scott Patterson, Luke Danes
Scott was on a couple of short-lived TV shows, namely The Event and Aliens of America. He also appeared on 90210 and in a few of the Saw movies.

Keiko Agena, Lane Kim
Keiko played Rory's best friend, Lane, on Gilmore Girls. She's since had roles on a number of big series, including House, Scandal, and Shameless. She's done film too, appearing as Mearing's aide in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Yanic Truesdale, Michel Gerard
After Gilmore Girls, Yanic moved back to his hometown of Quebec, Canada, where he opened a spin studio. He's played only a few roles since sassy receptionist Michel, mostly on French language TV shows.
Edward Herrmann, Richard Gilmore
Edward popped up on many popular TV shows, with recurring roles on Grey's Anatomy, Law & Order, and The Good Wife. He was even the voice on the Stratton Oakmont commercial in The Wolf of Wall Street! Sadly, Edward passed away after a battle with cancer in 2014, but his death will be written into the revival.

Kelly Bishop, Emily Gilmore
Kelly went on to play Fanny Flowers on the ABC Family series, Bunheads, another show by Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino. Kelly says she will work the loss of Edward Herrmann, her on-screen husband, into her performance for the show's revival.
Melissa McCarthy, Sookie St. James
Melissa went on to have a very successful film and television career, with her Oscar-nominated role in Bridesmaids and her Emmy-winning one in Mike & Molly. Melissa co-wrote her latest movie, The Boss, with her husband and stars in it alongside Kristen Bell, Kathy Bates, and Peter Dinklage. Her return to the Gilmore Girls revival series was just confirmed last week.
Sean Gunn, Kirk Gleason
Sean was on a couple of episodes of Bunheads and has appeared on Glee and H+. He's known most recently for starring in Guardians of the Galaxy as Kraglin and is set to appear in the second installment in 2017.

Liza Weil, Paris Geller
Liza is another Gilmore Girls cast member who was on Sherman-Palladino's Bunheads. You may also recognize her as Amanda Tanner from season 1 of Scandal, and she's currently starring in Shonda Rhimes' How to Get Away With Murder as Bonnie Winterbottom.
Liz Torres, Miss Patty
Liz has done some television acting since finishing Gilmore Girls, appearing on Private Practice, Desperate Housewives, and Scandal.
Jared Padalecki, Dean Forester
Jared played Dean Forester, Rory's on-again, off-again boyfriend. He went on to star in Friday the 13th but has gotten the most attention for his leading role in Supernatural, where coincidentally his on-screen brother's name is also Dean.

Matt Czuchry, Logan Huntzberger
Matt, who played Rory's boyfriend at Yale, had a recurring role on Friday Night Lights and currently stars in The Good Wife as Cary Agos.
Jackson Douglas, Jackson Belleville
Jackson has voiced a few characters on Family Guy since wrapping Gilmore Girls.
Michael Winters, Taylor Doose
Michael went on to do some stage work after the show wrapped, including a role in Wrong Mountain, a piece that had a short run on Broadway.

Sally Struthers, Babette Dell
Sally has appeared in a couple of films, including Hollywood Musical! and Waiting in the Wings: The Musical.
Emily Kuroda, Mrs. Kim
Emily played the slightly terrifying mother to Lane. Since then, she's had recurring roles on Sequestered and The Bold and the Beautiful.
Todd Lowe, Zack Van Gerbig
We now know Todd as Terry on True Blood, and he's also had recurring roles on NCIS and Ave 43. He's yet another one to have appeared on Bunheads.

Milo Ventimiglia, Jess Mariano
Milo took a bunch of TV and movie roles after Gilmore Girls, playing big parts on The Bedford Diaries, Heroes, Mob City, and Chosen. In 2003, he started a production company, Divide Pictures, with best friend Russ Cundiff.
David Sutcliffe, Christopher Hayden
David played Rory's father and has since appeared in a few movies. He also had a recurring role in Private Practice. He's best known though for starring in Cracked and more recently in Proof as Dr. Len Barliss.
