Lady Gaga took a break from quarantine to grab an iced coffee with her boyfriend, Michael Polansky. Paparazzi photographed them walking, with Gaga wearing a neon pink sweater, white mask, and white sneakers. She did not wear pants. It is summer, after all.
Polansky stood alongside her in a black t-shirt, gray shorts, and black sneakers. He wore a black mask for a nice, coordinated look.
Gaga and Polansky went public with their romance at the beginning of 2020. In April, Gaga called Polansky the love of her life during her appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe. Gaga spoke about staying grounded and the work she was doing to advocate for mental healthcare during the coronavirus pandemic.
"With Born This Way Foundation, my mother, Cynthia Germanotta, and our co-founder Maya [Enista Smith], who I love so very much—they are working with my, the love of my life, on something for mental health," Gaga said, explaining that she is working with Polansky to develop an app.
Entertainment Tonight reported in March that Gaga was initially reluctant to go public with Polansky. (The two were first seen together at the end of 2019.) But falling deeply in love changed that, the outlet's source said. "Gaga is really getting serious with her boyfriend, and the chemistry is undeniable," the insider explained. "At first she wanted to keep it low key and quiet because she had just gotten out of a relationship and thought taking it slow would be good, but they had an immediate connection, so it was tough to keep under wraps. They were spending so much time together, she finally decided to post on Instagram to make it official."
Since then, Gaga has regularly shared selfies of the two together on her Instagram page.
