The O.C. actress Kelly Rowan is set to appear as a guest star in an upcoming episode of Castle.
Rowan, who played Kirsten Cohen in the Californian teen drama, will line up alongside Nathan Fillon in the show.
She will guest star in an episode of the upcoming season 8.
Rowan will play Carla Feller, the dean of a prestigious university (via EW).
The episode is set to focus on the mysterious death of a student with Feller helping investigations.
Since The O.C. ended, Rowan has made appearances in Perception, CSI: Miami and Flashpoint.
Castle will return with its eighth season on Monday, September 21 at 10/9c with Rowan's episode due to air in early October.
